Tech adoption in rural can be a difficult task. StockX are an innovative livestock trading startup who approached TRACTA to help improve customers’ interactions with the online platform and grow the registration base.
Tracta took StockX through a customer journey mapping exercise to identify the pain points and barriers to adoption of this new technology. Tailored and customised communications were designed at key touch points in the customer experience to keep farmers interested, leading to registration and listings. A new identity captured their challenger brand spirit, with a dedicated website and advertising campaign. StockX now have 1200 members and continues to grow.
